Compliance is due on Wednesday before the start date. Candidates must be ready and able to start compliance immediately upon accepting the award. Medicals and drug screen must be started within 72 hours of accepting the award. Candidates who do not start this requirement within 72 hours are at risk of contract cancellation.

Position overview: The Surgery Scheduler supports the practice in being responsible for scheduling all surgeries for the department and coordinates all activities with appropriate members of surgical team, hospital admissions and OR. Ensures that all surgery ancillary coordination and OR capacity is provided to the physicians. Schedules office visits ensuring that the physician's and advanced practice providers clinic schedule are properly utilized.

Education and Experience Requirement:

High School Diploma (Required)

1+ years of related medical office experience (Required)

Training Requirement: PennChart/EMR

First 12 hours of training is non-billable
