Trusted Technical Advisor: Serve as a subject matter expert in Predictive Analytics and Asset Performance Management (APM) to guide the Commercial Sales Teams through solution generation, product strategy, and customer engagement. Customer Engagement: Lead early-stage discovery meetings with clients across various industries (Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Chemical, etc.) to identify pain points, understand customer needs, and map current workflows to highlight process improvements. Solution Development: Customize short-term and long-term solutions that address customer pain points, leveraging your deep technical expertise in predictive analytics and APM tools. Define Solution Architectures, leverage customers data to advise on software usability/applicability, understand and utilize P&ID diagrams to assess customers readiness for Predictive Analytics are part of solution scoping.
