Communication with Supply Chain and Internal production facilities regarding expediting Machine Down items that have been escalated to the Critical Order Team Salesforce action management, providing visibility to external teams on part status. Will work a yearlong side project that goes hand in hand with standard work. Will have 4 quarterly projects that will be decided by the individual. This is a team environment, there will be shared tasks between all members of the Critical Order Representatives including closing completed Salesforce actions as well as coverage when others are out.
