The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist plays a key role in advancing the EHS strategy across Kisco's East Coast communities. Reporting directly to the Director of EHS, this role is responsible for promoting a proactive safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing safety programs across all three Kisco brands. The EHS Specialist partners with community leaders to implement initiatives related to disaster preparedness, incident management, inspections, and ongoing training and education, ensuring the highest safety standards are met. Key Responsibilities:Support & Consultation. Serve as the EHS operational resource for assigned communities. Coach and support community safety leaders and operations teams on all safety-related matters. Compliance & Risk Management. Monitor compliance with OSHA, local/state regulations, and internal policies. Manage risk assessments and ensure consistent application of safety standards.
