About the role. ALS is a leader in the field of clinical testing with an opening for full-time Clinical Recruiter in Purchase, NY. The successful candidate will join a team that provides clinical testing services to many of the world's best-known consumer product companies. The Call Center Representative/ Clinical Recruiter 1 has the following duties: - Screens panelists for clinical trials over the phone - high call volume experience in a call center or similar environment preferred. - Schedules panelists for clinical trials - Answers incoming phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner, taking detailed messages when necessary - Updates panelist information in the panelist database - Enters new panelist information sheets into panelist database - Sends panelist information sheets to prospective panelists via mail, email and/or fax (this responsibility is shared with Supervisor of Recruiting - Makes reminder calls to panelists - Makes cancellation calls to panelists when needed - Pay...Clinical, Call Center, Recruiter, Representative, Microsoft, Manufacturing, Technology
