To lead, direct and evaluate the delivery of care provided and to ensure that the provision of care is effective, safe and consistent with department standards and purposes. Position Requirements: Formal Education / Training: 1. Earned a Cardio Respiratory Care diploma or degree from a college or university. 2. Licensed by the State of Tennessee with ABG endorsement. 3. Registered by the National Board of Respiratory Care as an RRT and at least two years leadership experience. 4. Bachelor s degree required or must be obtained within 4 years of date of hire 5. At least three years Respiratory experience in an acute care facility 6. Demonstrates leadership abilities and positive communication skills 7.
