We are interested in expanding our capacity to provide loans, and we are currently looking for a Consumer Documentation Processor to join our growing team. The successful applicant will be responsible for process approved consumer loan requests and deliver a complete and accurate loan document package to the lender and the customer as soon as possible. Specific primary responsibilities are: Processes approved consumer loan applications using automated loan document preparation software. Selects appropriate title company, surveyors, appraisers, and other vendors, as needed and requested by lenders to acquire needed vendor services.
