Schneider is seeking an Emergency Roadside Dispatcher in Green Bay, WI to assist drivers when they experience equipment issues and breakdowns. The Emergency Roadside Dispatcher will determine the best solution to move forward and coordinate diagnostics and repairs for equipment. Responsibilities: Respond to incoming calls and messages from drivers when they experience truck and trailer issues. Provide guidance and temporary solutions to drivers in accordance with DOT regulations. Diagnose equipment breakdowns and identify the best way to proceed. Review detailed repair estimates.
