Prepare estimates for a range of projects in high volume. Types of projects include all types of low voltage systems such as Voice/ Data, Video and Security systems, Audio Visual, Nurse Call, Distributed Antenna Systems, and Fire Alarm Systems. Collaborate with Project Managers and Preconstruction Teams to coordinate meetings and review documents. Manage financials, approve invoices, and track budget variances. Prepare reports for management Negotiate change-orders Manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors Low Voltage Estimator Qualifications Must have 2 years experience in low voltage construction, infrastructure cabling, and telecommunications, in a project manager role Must have experience bidding on commercial projects - low voltage Accubid, Excel & Microsoft Office proficiency required Strong employment stability Demonstrates prioritization, organization, time management, and problem-solving skill Must be authorized to work in the U.S....Estimator, Low Voltage, Project Manager, Systems
