Responsible for the general safety and health of production employees Establishes and maintains excellent employee relations among all plant personnel Participates and shows a presence at all plant production and management meetings Creates and organizes weekly production schedules to meet demands Plans implements and delegates production line changes to maintain an efficient production flow Ensures and inspects daily production to verify customer and company standards and specifications are being met on all products produced within facility Maintains constant improvement in making quality products reducing costs and following good manufacturing practices (GMP) Participates and supports Global Food Safety Initiatives programs implementation and compliance Manages trains and develops subordinates Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent 5 years of related leadership experience, ideally in a food plant Ability to read analyze and interpret technical procedures or governmental regu...Production Manager, Production, Manager, Manufacturing
