What to expect:Martin Marietta is seeking a Dozer Operator to join our team. The ideal individual will be safety conscious, dependable, and motivated. This individual is responsible for safely and efficiently operating a Dozer and other related equipment as necessary for daily operations. The dozer operator will perform daily pre and post inspection of equipment and working areas, and safely maintain work areas by ensuring these areas are equipped with adequate berms and roadways. Hours are 4 pm - 2 am including weekends and overtime as necessary. A typical day for a(n) Dozer Operator may include:Operating a dozer within the company guidelines and safety standards. Participating in safety inspections, plant safety program, and follows company and MSHA safety rules and regulations. Constructing haul roads, prepares drill bench, levels shot material after blasting, and constructs drainage as needed.
