The Opportunity:The Residential Education Director is a full-time, 10.5 month, live-in professional appointment overseeing the management of a residence hall of 145 600 students. Depending on hall assignment, responsibilities include, but are not limited to: supervision of paraprofessional staff, administration of special programs (academic initiatives, theme hall programming, Honors programs, etc.), adjudicating student code of conduct and housing policy/contract violations, personal counseling, programming, budget development and management, community development, crisis management and conflict resolution, committee work, collateral assignments within the Division of Student Affairs as well as, emergency on-call responsibilities....Director, Residential, Education
