The Director of Business Development and Marketing leads the hospitals strategic growth initiatives, manages the marketing and referral development teams, and drives census growth through community engagement and outreach. Responsibilities - Develop and execute strategic marketing and business development plans to achieve hospital growth targets. - Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and community organizations. - Supervise and coach marketing and clinical liaison staff, ensuring alignment with outreach goals. - Monitor referral data, trends, and community needs to inform outreach strategies. - Represent the hospital at public events and foster partnerships that enhance brand visibility.
