Owns, leads and is accountable for the development, implementation and execution of the Nitrogen, Phosphate, and terminals Process Safety program with the goal of creating a best-in-class PSM organization. Build strong partnerships and working relationships with Nitrogen and Phosphates plant managers and leaders while influencing positive and aligned outcomes. Responsible for the quantification and analysis of all Nitrogen and Phosphate PSM risks while ensuring a prioritized risk management approach to the solutions. Responsible for identifying opportunities to improve Process Safety Management performance in all Nutrien units / facilities and providing and technical consulting assistance as required.
