Under the direction of the Rehab leadership, prepares and carries out treatment plans that adhere to all policy and procedures of the facility and department. Maintains accurate and complete records, daily scheduling, and billing. Works collaboratively with PTA to delegate and oversee treatments. na EDUCATION: Minimum: - B. S. degree from an accredited physical therapy program. LICENSE: Minimum: - Licensed, or license eligible to practice physical therapy in the State of New York. PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS: Minimum: - BLS certification required through the RQI system during clinical orientation. WORK EXPERIENCE: Minimum: - New graduate considered. Preferred: - One to two years of experience.
