Support medical device manufacturing by developing processes, improving quality and performance, and driving continuous improvement through hands-on engineering and cross-functional collaboration. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide process engineering support for medical device manufacturing, including hands-on troubleshooting and failure analysis of CNC and electro-mechanical systems such as milling machines and lathes. Lead and support scrap reduction efforts, non-conformance investigations, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality and yield. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN principles and Process Excellence tools to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce operational costs. Support new equipment acquisition, including machine selection, installation, validation, and coordination of employee training and documentation.
