Job Description :
Bachelors degree from an accredited university and job-related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of federal and state agency-specific guidelines relating to grants and contracts. Experience working with P - Is and grant staff in a higher education setting. Knowledge of budget development for sponsored projects. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and electronic research administration systems (e.g. Kuali, Cayuse, Huron, Grants.gov, Research.gov). Ability to learn, interpret, and stay current on federal, state, and University processes and procedures, including IRB, grant, and contract terminology. Ability to organize and prioritize workload and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment. Interpersonal skills, including tact, diplomacy, and flexibility, and evidence of consistently providing excellent customer service.
