Perform a multitude of pharmacy tasks and also special projects to benefit the medical center and further their understanding of pharmacy. Tasks will vary and may include but are not limited to the following duties. DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Overall performance rating of below indicated essential job duties: Answers the phone and assists customers Responsible for pulling and delivering medications and supplies to appropriate area. Assists in medication reconciliation Assists in discharge counseling Assists the retail pharmacy Performs compounding non-sterile products Performs admixing sterile products including chemotherapy EDUCATION/ LICENSE/ CERTIFICATIONS/ OTHER REQUIREMENTS Minimum requirement: Enrolled in an ACPR accredited School of Pharmacy Pharmacy Intern license in the state of KY Preferred qualifications: American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certifications in immunizations, diabetes and MTM WORKING ENVIRONMENT Constantly works near moving mechanical parts ...Pharmacy, Intern, Healthcare
