Automation Personnel Services is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper-Administrative Associate for a short-term assignment lasting approximately 6-8 weeks. This role will support the finance and operations team by managing accounts receivable, processing purchase orders, handling ACH payments, and assisting with collections. Pay Rate $23.00 per hour. Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Bookkeeper-Administrative Associate-Duties and Responsibilities Process and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions, including invoicing and payment tracking. Review, enter, and maintain purchase orders in the accounting system. Initiate and monitor ACH payments to vendors and service providers. Assist with collections efforts, including follow-ups on outstanding invoices. Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records.
