Provides essential routing for the high volume of security tickets coming into ServiceNow Ensuring that tickets are assigned to the appropriate subject matter experts (SMEs) Assisting with initial analysis, triage, and escalation of security events Ensure that potential threats are identified and managed promptly, reducing risk to the organization Maintain compliance with security standards and helps reduce the workload of senior engineering staff Enabling them to focus on complex engineering tasks and security operations Set of reparative, time-consuming tasks Youll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
