The purpose of this position is to create smiles in the eyes of the people we serve by fulfilling Presbyterian Homes & Services' (PHS) mission and operating philosophies. Presbyterian Homes & Services - Senior Housing Partners is seeking a full time, temporary, Housing Advisor for a new senior apartment building at Mill Pond, located in Ankeny, Iowa. This sales and marketing position will remain in place until the target occupancy goal is met. The opportunity for additional assignments following the completion of this project may be a future possibility. In this role, you will serve as a sales advisor, marketing specialist and leader in meeting established occupancy goals. The Housing Advisor represents Senior Housing Partners (SHP) and Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) and its operating entities to the community at large in relation to the marketing and sales goals of the organization.
