This is an extra hire position, working 40 hours per week and scheduled to end November 30, 2025. General Purpose Perform a variety of routine duties and responsibilities related to the custodial needs of City facilities and buildings. Ensures that all areas are clean, well-maintained, and presentable for daily operations and public use. Supervision. Reports To: Crew Lead. Supervises: None Essential Functions Essential Functions. Change light bulbs and fluorescent tubes. Sweep, vacuum, mop, dusts, Empty garbage and recycling containers and reline containers with liners. Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies; clean spills; clean and sanitize drinking fountains, mirrors, tables, walls, fixtures, blinds, light fixtures, etc. Wash windows, walls, metal, and woodwork. Pick up litter from around buildings, streets, and grounds; sweep sidewalks. Maintain inventory of supplies and chemicals required for job.
