The Clinic Manager V is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of a multi-specialty clinic on a single site and will be responsible for leading and managing the missions, goals, budgets and performance standards for the clinic and communicating to all staff. The Clinic Manager V will need to be extremely organized and be able to lead, delegate, and supervise many employees at one time. The Clinic Manager V must work effectively with physicians, staff, patients, public, and external agencies and will need skills in gathering and interpreting data. The Clinic Manager V must have ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem solving expertise. Job Requirements Education Required effective 4/15/25: Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare related field OR 5 years related experience OR previous experience as a Clinic Manager within Cox.
