The incumbent will oversee the Health Improvement Planning section that is responsible for the following: Providing consultation in state-level health improvement planning, including facilitating strategic planning with various workgroups. Developing publications, including the State Health Assessment Report and the State Health Improvement Plan. Coordinating the collection and monitoring of quarterly progress data from external and internal partners for the State Health Improvement Plan. Providing technical assistance and training to county health departments and community partners on health assessment and improvement planning. Assisting with the collection and monitoring of performance indicators across divisions and county health departments for the Departments performance management system.
