Companion Care Needed

We need hands-on care to take care of my father and mother in Land O' Lakes. mom (92) broke her right wrist and needs minimal assistance with activities that require 2 hands. My dad (98) has a fracture in his back and needs assistance getting up and down and walking. Also needs assistance with going to bathroom. We're looking for some help preparing lunch as well. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
