Nanny Needed For My Children

We are starting to look for help with after daycare time. We would need someone to pick up our children from daycare at 5:30-6, take them home until my husband and I come home from work anywhere from 7-8ish. We are both in healthcare and work 12 hr days in Morgantown. Our schedules are hectic and always changing. Some weeks we may need no pick up and some weeks we may need 4 days in a week, just depends.
