My wife and I just had our first daughter in July, and we are working on a child care solution for when we are both back at work, likely around the new year. My work schedule is rotating so we have varying needs, but we are looking for 20-25 hours a week, and some one with a flexible schedule. We are willing to flexible also, so if there's any chance at all this might work, reach and we'll see!
