My child doesnt need specific care. They wake up between 6 and 7 am, eat breakfast, play independently, and go down for their first nap around 10 a.m. After they wake, they have lunch, we do some sensory activities and play until their second nap. After the afternoon nap, we try to have some outside time, usually in the shade or on a walk with our dogs.
