Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals Drive regional sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets Lead sales pursuit of largest and most complex programs in the Region Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management About You Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field.
