Essential Duties. As a part of the Sunrise team, supporting our Mission, Principles of Service and Core Values is a fundamental part of this job. The unique responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to the essential functions listed as follows:Cultivate a warm and hospitable environment by making personal connections with residents and guests and treating all with professionalism and respect. Take and deliver food orders in a timely manner. Bus and reset tables per company standards. Clean and maintain the dining room and bistro to the highest standards per company guidelines. Complete required side work as assigned. Attend pre-meal meeting to gain knowledge of the meal. Maintain knowledge of menu items and can provide general descriptions. Assist residents with menu selections and respond professionally to questions about menu items.
