Provide excellent service by serving guests in a courteous, attentive and efficient manner. Maintain the bar area, place drink orders and prepare drinks to order. Create a positive and energetic atmosphere while serving guests. Study menu changes to grow your food and beverage knowledge. Provide guests with a reason to return by building rapport and creating a memorable experience. Required Qualifications. Advanced knowledge of spirits, wine, beer and related specialty beverages. Must be 21 years of age. Preferred Qualifications and Certifications. Experience as a bartender or server in a fast casual restaurant. Alcohol Server certification. Serv. Safe Alcohol certification.
