Customer Service Representative - Insurance. Auto Club Enterprises is hiring full-time, motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our industry-leading Insurance Call Center team. If you're passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced, member-focused environment, we want to hear from you! What We Offer$23 $25 per hour starting pay. Additional $1/per hour for English/ Spanish bilingual fluency$1,000 hiring bonus for those with an active Property & Casualty License (external candidates only)Paid, in-person training at: 2601 S. Figueroa, Los Angeles, CA 90007 Training schedule: MondayFriday, 9:00 am-5:45 pm, and every 3rd Saturday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm with a day off during the following week. Training is approximately 17 weeks onsite. Post-training schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:15 am-7:00 pm, including every Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a day off during the following week.
