Operates gas plant(s). Coordinates special projects as needed. This will include responsibilities to assist in the well field and power plant. This position will have exposure to hazardous chemicals. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provides day-to-day plant operation and management. Responsible for compliance with company policies and procedures at the plant(s) as well as ensuring safe working conditions and environmental compliance. Collects and analyzes data regarding plant performance. Compiles all reporting requirements. Monitors key and critical operating variables and other process data to ensure equipment is operating within design parameters. Assist in well-field operations to maintain compliance in well field. Responsible for all housekeeping and landscaping duties to maintain WMRE standards of building and grounds appearance. This includes all janitorial duties to be completed by plant manager.
