Registered Nurse is responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients and their families following the nursing process, established standards and practices. Assist providers and other team members in coordinating patient care in a fast-paced environment. Functions as a resource and charge nurse overseeing the daily activities of the department and support staff (LPNs and Medical Assistants). Base site: White Plains float to additional 5 sites if necessary. (New Rochelle, Rye, Yonkers, and Greenwich) Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities: URGENT CARE VISITS: The Urgent Care RN utilizes evidenced based knowledge and the nursing process to provide patient-centered care to individuals with non-urgent and urgent illnesses/injuries Gathers current symptoms and detailed patient history in order to efficiently consult and coordinate with the providers to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care Oversees patient care provided by Licensed Practical Nurses and Medic...RN, Urgent Care, Medical Assistant, Support Staff, Patient Care, Per Diem, Healthcare
