I have an adhd 9-year-old who needs a bit more attention and structure. My 5-year-old son just loves activities and outside play. Morning routines are usually meals, play, quiet time after lunch. Evening routines usually consist of homework/chores, play, dinner, play/reading, bed time routines such as brushing teeth, pj's, and book time.
