TD Securities is looking for a Senior Operations Analyst to join their Margin and Collateral team based in Lake Mary, Florida and New York, NY. The role requires someone who will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and communicate effectively. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and have a collaborative mindset to work as part of a team. As a member of the margin team the candidate will monitor and maintain prime brokerage and equity swap portfolios and work cooperatively with all Operations teams to ensure efficiency across teams.

The Operations Analyst/Specialist II TDS coordinates and executes projects primarily focused on the continuous improvement of Operations and/or the attainment of organizational objectives. The Operations Analyst/Specialist II TDS assists Operations management in identifying opportunities for process improvements, analyzes options (including software, workflow changes, training needs, and procedure modification), and presents recommendations and implements change.
