As an Associate Business Analyst, you will be part of our rotational Associate Business Analyst (ABA) program designed to allow you to gain experience and training in each of the following departments: Pricing, Finance, Business Operations, Contracts, and Program Management. This program will allow you to explore areas of the enterprise to gain a high-level understanding of both the company and the Aviation/Aerospace industry. Each rotation will consist of 2-3 months of on-the-job training and work experience. You'll be responsible for completing ABA program learning objectives in each rotation and have the potential to secure a permanent position within one of the teams after completion of the program depending on current openings at the various SNC locations. As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications. Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Cybersecurity, Information Systems or related field of study
- A higher level degree may substitute for experience
- Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
- Microsoft Office software skills, especially Excel and PowerBI
- Experience with SQL, Python or other coding languages
- Experience with Data Analytics
- Familiarity with utilizing research and analysis methods
- Strong problem solving skills
- Exposure to interpreting data of a technical/programmatic nature
Qualifications We Prefer: - Familiarity with basic finance/accounting concepts (financial statements, rates, ledgers); or
- Exposure to Earned Value Management (EVM) and program reporting; or
- Knowledge of government contracting and/or public auditing, procurement, or compliance; or
- Previous experience in a business/legal professional environment
