As a licensed CNA, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing hands-on personal care and hygiene assistance
  • Monitoring vital signs
  • Administering medication reminders
  • Ensuring safety and fall prevention
  • Offering companionship and emotional support
  • Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Assisting with incidental transportation for errands and appointments

You'll build meaningful one-on-one relationships with clients, helping them live safely and independently in the comfort of their own homes. It's not just care—it's care with heart.

Shift Options:

  • Full-time or Part-time
  • Shifts range from 4 to 12 hours in length
  • Start times as early as 7am and as late as 11pm
  • Occasional overnight shifts when needed

We work with your availability to match you with clients who need your assistance!

Locations:

We serve clients in homes throughout Rhode Island, with offices located in Warwick and Pawtucket.

To join our team, you'll need:

  • Active Rhode Island CNA license
  • CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license & insured, registered vehicle
  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs
  • Up-to-date immunization records (including Covid)
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Willingness to undergo drug screening, background check, and BCI check
