Now Hiring: Field Nurse - Americare Certified Special Services (Staten Island, NY)
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Americare Certified Special Services team as a Field Nurse . In this role, you'll be the trusted healthcare partner for patients receiving in-home care-bringing clinical expertise, compassion, and personalized attention right to their doorstep.
Salary: $105,000 - $110,000
Schedule : Full-Time | Field-Based Role

What You'll Do:
Conduct home visits and provide direct patient care
Complete all required documentation (HCHB system)
Communicate with primary care providers and other disciplines to coordinate care
Prepare and manage care plans, medication profiles, and orders (including 485 and interim orders)
Participate in case conferences and follow-up reviews to ensure quality outcomes
Qualifications:
Active NY State Registered Nurse (RN) license
Previous home health experience strongly preferred
Strong communication, documentation, and care coordination skills
Passion for patient-centered care in a community setting

Pay Details: $105,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
