Job SummaryPrimary responsibility is to configure and provide functional and technical help for specific applications to business and clinical users. Part of the responsibility is to partner with end users to understand the workflow and its interdependencies. Make corrective adjustments or enhancements as needed. This role is the central point of communication for various users and coordinates all activities for the IS organization. Assist with testing, recommend corrective actions, and resolve problems within the software application. Provide help for normal maintenance of upgrades and system maintenance.
Salary: The pay range for this position is $31.73/hour ($65,998/year) for those with entry-level qualifications up to $54.90 ($114,192) for those highly experienced. The specific rate will depend upon the successful candidate's specific qualifications and prior experience.
