Practice CoordinatorLocation: Hybrid, Washington, DC We're seeking a Practice Coordinator for an upcoming opportunity with a busy firm in Washington, DC. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys keeping teams organized and efficient. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate attorney evaluations and meetings
  • Assist with training programs and onboarding
  • Support budgeting and financial tracking
  • Manage contract attorney logistics and invoicing
  • Help with billing and collections coordination
  • Track attorney availability and productivity
  • Maintain internal resources and documentation
  • Foster strong relationships across teams
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience, ideally in a law firm
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle confidential information
