Summary: The Resident Services Associate plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents based on their individual service plans.
Essential Functions:
- Deliver unparalleled customer service to residents, families, and visitors.
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Monitor residents' physical and mental well-being and promptly report any changes.
- Respond to emergencies and provide first-aid support as needed.
- Help keep residents' accommodations clean, neat, and organized.
- Attend to residents' needs quickly and efficiently.
- Provide medication prompts as assigned.
- Assist with laundry and clothing needs.
- Support meal selection, service, and feeding as required.
- Participate in activity programs as directed.
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with policies.
- Complete required monthly education and training.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification:
- Current Nurse's Aide Registration (State Specific).
- Experience and passion for working with seniors.
- Able to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, bending, pushing up to 50lbs).
- Ability to foster positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- In good physical and emotional health, free from communicable diseases.
