Summary: The Resident Services Associate plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents based on their individual service plans.

Essential Functions:

  • Deliver unparalleled customer service to residents, families, and visitors.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
  • Monitor residents' physical and mental well-being and promptly report any changes.
  • Respond to emergencies and provide first-aid support as needed.
  • Help keep residents' accommodations clean, neat, and organized.
  • Attend to residents' needs quickly and efficiently.
  • Provide medication prompts as assigned.
  • Assist with laundry and clothing needs.
  • Support meal selection, service, and feeding as required.
  • Participate in activity programs as directed.
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with policies.
  • Complete required monthly education and training.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification:

  • Current Nurse's Aide Registration (State Specific).
  • Experience and passion for working with seniors.
  • Able to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, bending, pushing up to 50lbs).
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • In good physical and emotional health, free from communicable diseases.
