POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for supporting the Human Resources Department by performing a variety of general day-to-day clerical activities, hiring/onboarding activities, maintaining required documents, assisting with staff training, data collection and reporting, and tracking various HR functions related to employees. Will assist the Payroll Administrator with the payroll process ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees.

Location: Powell, WY

Type: Full-Time: 40hrs/week (travel during the training period required)

Salary: $19.17-$20.28/hr DOE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides clerical support to the HR department.

  • Coordinates the recruitment process for non-provider roles, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling and candidate communication.

  • Assists with onboarding and offboarding.

  • Processes employee timecards from timekeeping software.

  • Ensures all payroll related transactions are processed on time with accurate calculation of salaries, wages, deductions, benefits and schedule.

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Certificates/Licenses:

Required

  • Associate's degree or in lieu of degree, four (4) years' experience in Human Resources/Customer Service or a combination of college and experience

  • Valid driver's license

Preferred

  • Bachelor 's degree or higher in Human Resources or Health Administration

  • SHRM/H RCI certification

Experience:

Required

  • One (1 ) years of experience in Human Resources or Customer Service.

  • Demonstrates advanced knowledge in a field to complete essential duties

Preferred

  • Three (3) years of experience in Human Resources

  • Healthcare or related experience
