• 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a) or 24-hour shifts (7a-7a) based on preference
• 40-bed level III NICU
• 24/7 in-house neonatologist coverage
• Single-family room NICU model
• On-site pediatric surgery and cardiology support
• HFOV, HFJV, nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia procedures
• New NNP program launch -- building team from ground up
• No routine newborn nursery coverage required
