Job Details- Labor and Delivery RN position at Highpoint Health-Riverview, a 25-bed critical access hospital in Carthage, TN.
- Role involves care for maternity women and newborns in Labor and Delivery/Nursery/Postpartum units.
- Position includes night shifts from 7pm to 7am with 36 guaranteed weekly hours and every other weekend rotation.
- Call requirements include 3 twelve-hour shifts per 4-week schedule.
- Patient ratios are 1:2 with 2 labor beds and 3 postpartum beds.
- Experience required: at least 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience.
- Must have skills include fetal monitoring and couplet care.
Job Requirements- Required certifications prior to start: ACLS, BLS, NRP.
- At least 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience.
- State specific checks including Tennessee Abuse Registry clearance prior to assignment start date.
- Required education: RN or BSN.
Schedule Information- Night shift: 7pm to 7am.
- 36 guaranteed weekly hours.
- Every other weekend rotation.
- Call requirements: 3 twelve-hour shifts per 4-week schedule.
Unit Specific Information- Unit has 2 labor beds and 3 postpartum beds.
- Patient ratio is 1:2.
- EHR system used: Meditech.
- Unit serves maternity women and newborns.
- Supervisor name removed due to sensitivity.
