What You'll Be Doing
Lead daily operations of the aggregates plant to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
Coordinate and support plant personnel to meet production goals and resolve operational issues.
Monitor equipment performance and assist with maintenance planning and troubleshooting.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with management and other departments to support continuous improvement.

Strong understanding of aggregate plant operations, equipment, and safety practices.

Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
