Employer Industry: Fintech and Payments Why consider this job opportunity: - Full-time, direct-hire position with no contract options - Opportunity to work on multiple projects simultaneously, enhancing your project management skills - Collaborate with various Fiserv business units, expanding your professional network - Engage in innovative solutions that save customers time and improve overall data quality - Work in a supportive environment that values automation and efficiency What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Design and implement automated solutions in the z/OS environment - Utilize REXX, TSO, ISPF, DB2, and batch JCL for creating interactive utilities and performing batch processing - Provide customer support for vendor-provided applications and perform Proof of Concept exercises - Respond to customer requests and develop proposed solutions based on their requirements - Identify processes that can benefit from automation to assist other Fiserv departments What is Required (Qualifications): - 6+ years of experience with z/OS, including BMC Mainview Autooperator/CSM and Broadcom's OPS/MVS - 4+ years of experience with REXX, TSO commands, ISPF Dialog Tag Language, DB2, JCL, and SAS/WPS - 4+ years of experience with CA7, Control-M, Endevor, IDz, and ADDI - Bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent combination of education, military, and work experience - Must be a U.S. Citizen and not require sponsorship How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Working knowledge of z/VM, IBM z Virtualization, and OMVS segment/z/OS UNIX shell - Familiarity with Visual Studio and Mainframe DevOps tools and concepts - Experience with Ansible, Linux, CI/CD architecture, and Kubernetes - Repository experience using GitLab and scripting experience with Shell or Python - Experience leading project teams on large-scale modernization projects #Fintech #ApplicationAnalyst #Automation #ProjectManagement #CareerGrowth We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
