Commercial Property Manager
Job Summary:
The commercial property manager is responsible for management of commercial properties, tenant/owner satisfaction, keeping vacancy low at Redstone commercial properties, and helping build brand recognition and awareness. The position requires an outgoing, resourceful, and enthusiastic professional. The role supports critical property management operations that have a direct impact on property performance and tenant satisfaction.
Reports to: Senior Vice President of Business Development
Supervises: None
Wage Status: Exempt
Wage Range: $55,000-$60,000
Job Responsibilities:
Duties will include:
- Serve as main point-of-contact for commercial tenants, addressing inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
- Use property management software for lease review, tracking, reporting, and communication.
- Enforce lease terms and ensure tenant compliance.
- Develop marketing materials, update the website, and advertise smaller available units, as well as negotiate new leases and renewals as needed.
- Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, including assisting with fit-ups as needed and managing tenant use of property management software.
- Support facilities team by serving as a liaison with tenants for routine maintenance requests, preventative maintenance work, and emergency maintenance needs.
- Assist commercial facilities team with projects as needed, including necessary vendor/contractor and tenant communication.
- Perform frequent property checks, follow up with tenants for non-compliance, and make recommendations to the commercial facilities team for keeping curb appeal high.
- Track accounts receivable and work with tenants to keep accounts current.
- Assist the finance team with CAM reconciliation, including sending reports to tenants.

Additional Requirements
- Attendance is an imperative job function. This position with be a hybrid of remote and office work. Self-motivation, the ability to work independently, and being available are all essential.
- Some evening and weekend hours required, mostly seasonally.
- Employees must fulfill the performance standards of this position and comply with policies, rules, and procedures of the company, including those set out in the Employee Handbook or otherwise communicated (verbally or in writing) to employees.
- Other duties may be assigned as they arise.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Must pass criminal background check.
