Material Handler

Paying $19/hr to $23/hr Location: Wood Village, OR

Responsibilities:

• Assures all components and finished goods are processed on time and flow effectively.
• Responsible for loading and unloading pallets; checking, labeling, and storing on shelves.
• In charge of scheduling shipments, internally and externally.
• Drives forklift, uses hand truck and/or pallet jack to move materials within the plant.
• Logging the movement of incoming and outgoing material in the computer system.
• Pulling & boxing parts following special handling instructions.
• Responsible for communicating in person and through email of outside processing schedule.
• Provide training to new/recent hires to improve their skills.
• Ensure equipment is safe to operate and PPE is used.
• Demonstrates self-accountability and supports team members as needed.
• Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Forklift certified preferred. Can train on job.
• Detail oriented with numbers and instructions.
• Collaboration with team members.
• Professional communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suit and general computer use.

Environment / Shift:

Family-owned manufacturing company specializing in custom commercial and industrial sewn products for the hunting & shooting industry. They believe strongly in the Made in U.S.A. philosophy. They sell their packaged products worldwide and OEM parts to multiple firearm companies.

Day Shift: 5:00am - 3:30pm, M-Th OR 7:00am - 3:30pm, M-F. Must be flexible with hours.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.

This is a fully onsite position in Wood Village, OR.

This position is anticipated to close on Aug 21, 2025.
