We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join a dynamic non-profit organization in Tucson, Arizona. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records by entering and updating data into organizational systems, providing administrative support to the Director and Assistant Director, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence, organizing and managing office documents to ensure accessibility and proper filing, assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as needed, responding to inquiries and providing information to internal and external stakeholders, performing general office tasks such as scanning, copying, and mailing documents, coordinating office supplies and ensuring the workspace remains organized and functional, and supporting special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
Requirements include proficiency in basic office skills, including typing and data entry, strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks, excellent organizational and time-management abilities, familiarity with common office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and email platforms, effective communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders, ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, and previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
